Yamaha has taken the design of these new silver plate tenor necks from the body of their
1st generation
1979 YTS-62S necks, then added the new style octave key of the Custom V1 necks.
These Yamaha necks are designed to fit all current Yamaha Saxophones, if you have a vintage Yamaha, there may be a slight adjustment to the octave rod needed.
