Vintage Apple Macintosh Plus M0001A Computer with System Floppy Disk -- WORKING!

You are bidding on a very clean working vintage Apple Macintosh Plus computer as originally shipped.
The Macintosh Plus was Apple's third all-in-one computer, and the first one to have enough memory to be really useful.   The Plus shipped with 1 megabyte of RAM (expandable to 4MB), an 800K floppy drive (also able to use 400K floppies), and a SCSI port.  Really a big improvement over its Mac 128K and 512K antecedents.  Because it represented such a good value, the Plus remained in production longer than any other Apple product until 2013, when the Mac Pro came along.
This particular Plus is in original condition.  The memory has not been upgraded -- it's just as it left the factory.  This one is in a "platinum" case, which was introduced in 1987, and is less prone to fading and yellowing than the original "beige" cases.  Cosmetically this Mac is simply gorgeous (see photos).  Nobody has ever taken a screwdriver to it trying to open the case.  The only visible defect is that the rubber feet on the bottom have rotted a bit.  These are easily replaced with similar feet if you wish.
This Plus is working properly.  It chimes and boots up just like it should.  I tested it with both 400K and 800K floppy disks and it could read and write both.  I will include a power cord and a copy of System 4.1 with MacPaint on a floppy disk (photo 2).  This auction does

include a keyboard or mouse.  These make shipping much more difficult and expensive and not every Mac collector needs these.  If you do need a keyboard (with cable) and mouse please ask after winning and I will list these separately for you at 0, including USA shipping.
If you are looking for a nice Mac Plus I don't think you will find a better one.
