We gladly offer a variety of shipping options for our products. Our normal shipping method is UPS ground which usually takes 4-7 business days. If you need faster shipping please contact us for more information. We ship within 24 hours on orders placed before 3pm EST. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns are subject to return fees, which may include but are not limited to: actual shipping cost, handling fees, ebay fees, paypal, and or credit card fees. As a courtesy to our customers, we charge flat rate shipping on most items. Return shipping cost may be significantly more than our flat rate and is the responsibility of the returnee. Please check with your carrier of choice for actual shipping rates prior to contacting us for a return authorization.

"New and unused" means saleable condition, not used, worn, dirty, and not washed. We are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used, installed, or applied. Tagged items must remain attached and inserts that accompany the item need to remain with the product for return acceptance. All documentation, parts and accessories need to be included with the returned merchandise to receive a full refund. Personalized items are non-returable.
