This sale is for the five vintage silicon wafers shown. One 1980s CPU plus four other
vintage silicon wafers. You won't find a better buy on a silicon wafer of microprocessors and these are fabulous for feature size, and condition.
As shown the set includes five 4 inch wafers with etched circuits. What you see is what you get. They won't last forever so get a bargain on some real semiconductor history while you can. All these wafers are American made.

All wafers
are in very good to excellent condition. Great for microscope viewing these vintage circuits can be easily seen with a 50x inspection scope.
These 4 inch wafer sets all contain one Rockwell custom microprocessor.
Rockwell was an early giant in the space and semiconductor industry as a source of chips for NASA and the original Apple computers. Rockwell's own line of modem products was also highly successful at the time as bulletin boards and web sites sprange up across the globe.
