We are currently harvesting from 100 7 & 5 year old Elderberry bushes.  Our first 25 plants were from the Missouri Conservation Department.
We started with 25
American Sambucus Canadensis
plants from the Missouri Department of Conservation 7 years ago.  Planted the next 75 the next year and January 2020 we planted 700 Cuttings.
We have several varieties, among them Adams #1 and #2, and several wild varieties.
We have been enjoying growing and harvesting Elderberry bushes for some years now and enjoying all the uses of the berries and the flowers in syrups, tinctures, teas, gummy bears, jelly, danishes, pies, tarts, yogurt, ice-cream and making wine this season.
Elderflowers have many health benefits.
