This unit definitely needed some TLC and you can see the owner prior was not so loving. There are three indents on the front side of the unit where apparently a programmer's code wasn't working out well and they took the frustration out on the commy.
Inside interior was caked with dust and neglect.
Nuke and Lil'Bit to the rescue! We took this lady apart and cleaned her from top to bottom. Keyboard completely dismantled and cleaned/inspected, each key and exterior casing handwashed, and motherboard cleaned and inspected. After all said and done, unit is passing signal checks off the motherboard and passing all diagnostics with flying colors! Testing included 24-hour endurance run, what my daughter and I call the "stress-test" (BallBlazer fury for two hours), and several hours of diagnostic passes.
She now needs a caring home - does well with others. Won't you please help?
