I won this at an estate sale 11 years ago it contains diamonds, Moonstone, aquamarine, blue pink and Star Sapphire, Ruby's, Jade, Emerald, tanzanite, tourmaline, Opals, Peridot, citrine, pearls, Garnets, blue smokey topaz, amethyst, Jade and quartz
Does contain some synthetics / Mostly Natural
All diamonds are small.
