1983 Commodore SX-64 Portable Color Computer for Parts or Repair w/ Manual games

1983 Commodore SX-64 + original manual + 3 games / software
The computer powers on for a second then main red light goes off.
The screen will flash white when power button is turned on or off.
Keyboard light stays on.
Seems like an easy fix if you're inclined.
I removed the top to look inside and it's clean with no indication of oxidation or water damage.
